- I have 20 years' experience with operational HR, HR management and HR project management - from different industries and areas such as shipping, oil & gas, biotech, audit and advisory, health technology, blockchain and startups:
- 13 years from Maersk Group in different business units
- Very experienced recruiter with over 2,000 interviews completed, PI-certified, behavioral interviewing approach, especially good at staff functions (Finance, Accounting, IT, Legal, Admin), but also technical and -offshore functions
